Welcome to Imagine Station Sensory Playroom. By accessing our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Booking and Payment

All sessions require advance booking. A non-refundable deposit confirms your place and is applied to your final balance.

2. Cancellation Policy

• 72+ hours notice: Reschedule once within 30 days.
• <72 hours or no-show: Deposit is forfeited.
• Emergencies considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Facility Use

Children must be supervised. Changing areas are parent-led. Children who may soil equipment must wear sanitary wear.

4. Behaviour and Safety

We reserve the right to remove families for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
